Questions and answers

How long does it take? Less than you think.A website in 5 days, e-commerce in 14, a web app between 14 days and a month. Working days — not «soon».

Below are all the other answers: what's included, what we need from you, what it costs and what happens after delivery.

Delivery times

Three formats, three dates

Working days, counted from when we have the materials. These are our normal timelines: the delivery date is written into the proposal, demos along the way included.

5 days

Website

A finished brochure site or landing page: structure, bespoke design, copy laid out, live on your own domain. Not a bought template filled in.

  • Responsive design made for your brand
  • Up to 6 pages with the copy laid out
  • Contact form, map and WhatsApp
  • Basic SEO and speed scores in the green
  • Domain, hosting and certificate configured

What we need from you: The logo, copy and photos you already have. If they're missing, we write them and it becomes 7 days.

14 days

E-commerce

An online shop ready to take money: catalogue, cart, payments, shipping and a dashboard you run without calling us.

  • Catalogue, categories and product pages
  • Card, PayPal and instalment payments
  • Shipping, VAT and discount codes
  • A management dashboard in your language
  • Order emails and abandoned-cart recovery

What we need from you: Your price list in a spreadsheet and the product photos.

14–30 days

Web app

A bespoke application: private area, database, roles, automations. With AI inside when it genuinely helps — and we'll tell you when it doesn't.

  • Process analysis and flow design
  • Access, roles and permissions
  • Database, APIs and integrations
  • Automations and, where it makes sense, AI models
  • A clickable demo every week

What we need from you: An hour on a call to walk us through the process you want to digitise.

How we manage it

Speed isn't rushing, it's method

The time we cut is the dead time: waiting between suppliers, repeated briefings, content chased for weeks. Not the time it takes to design.

One team, no hand-offs

Front-end, back-end and AI are three people who have worked together for years, not three suppliers to coordinate. No repeated briefings, no waiting between departments: that's where most of the time lost at an agency goes.

We start from our own foundation, not from zero

Components, layouts, contact forms, checkouts, dashboards: we built them once and we reuse them. What we design from scratch for you is the design and whatever makes the project yours — not the plumbing that is the same for everyone.

We gather the content ourselves, in one session

This is what makes projects slip: waiting weeks for copy and photos. We take one call, ask the right questions and write the first draft. You correct instead of writing from scratch.

Online from day one

The project sits on a real address from the first hour: you see every change as we make it, on a clickable demo. No delivery in the dark at the end, no surprises to fix in a rush.

The other questions

How fast do you deliver?

A website in 5 working days, an e-commerce in 14, a bespoke web app between 14 days and a month. These are our normal timelines, not a lucky case: the dates are in the proposal, demos along the way included.

The clock starts when we have the materials. If copy and photos don't exist, we write them after a call and the website becomes 7 days: that's the only thing that genuinely moves the calendar.

How can you be that fast?

Because we are three people who work together, not three suppliers to coordinate, and because we start from a foundation we built ourselves: components, checkouts, dashboards and forms are already written and tested. What we design from scratch is the design and whatever makes the project yours.

The other half is method: we gather the content in a single session instead of chasing it for weeks, and the project is online on a real address from day one, so corrections arrive while we build rather than all at the end.

Does the speed cost you quality?

The time we cut is dead time — waiting between suppliers, repeated briefings, content chased for weeks — not design time. Every delivery goes through the same checks: how it behaves on a phone, by keyboard and with a screen reader, loading speed, basic SEO, forms that genuinely land in the inbox.

If a project needs longer because it is complex, we say so upfront and set a later date. We don't promise 5 days for something that takes twenty.

What do you need from me to start?

For a website: logo, copy and photos if you have them, plus half an hour on a call to understand who you're talking to and what visitors should do. For an e-commerce: the price list in a spreadsheet and the product images. For a web app: an hour to walk us through the process you want to digitise.

If something is missing we don't stop: we start anyway and fill the gaps as we go, telling you what effect that has on the delivery date.

What happens after delivery?

We hand over the code, the credentials and a short guide to managing the content yourself, and we stay reachable for the first 30 days to fix anything that isn't right, at no extra cost.

From there you can carry on by yourself or take up maintenance: updates, backups, speed checks and small changes included every month. It's a choice, not a lock-in.

What does it cost? Do you have ballpark prices?

We work per project, with a fixed quote agreed before we start: no billing by the hour, no surprises on the invoice. As an order of magnitude, a landing page starts in the low hundreds of euros, a multi-page brochure site sits in the low thousands, while e-commerce and bespoke web apps scale with features and integrations.

The exact figure comes after the first call, once we know what is actually needed. The call and the quote are free, with no obligation.

Which technologies do you use?

On the web side, mainly React and Next.js, TypeScript, relational databases and deployment on modern platforms such as Vercel. On the AI side, Anthropic's Claude and other models, together with classic machine learning tools when the problem is predictive rather than generative.

We choose the tool for the project, not the other way round: if something off the shelf solves your problem better than custom development, we'll tell you.

Does working remotely actually work?

Yes — it's how we normally work, with clients across Italy and abroad. The method is simple: a kick-off call, frequent written updates, a clickable demo at every iteration and a direct channel — email or messaging — for quick questions.

For larger projects, or if you'd rather meet in person, we'll arrange it.

Who owns the code and the site in the end?

You do. On delivery you receive the source code, access to the domain, the hosting and every connected service, plus the essential documentation so anyone can take it over in future. We don't use closed formats or proprietary platforms that force you to stay with us.

If you then want us to keep looking after it, there's the maintenance service — but it's a choice, not a lock-in.

Does my project really need AI?

Often it doesn't, and we say so. AI earns its place when there's a repetitive task eating hours, a volume of documents or data nobody can get through, or a forecast to make on historical data. In those cases the return shows up quickly.

If instead the problem is that the site is slow or the copy doesn't convince, the answer is a different one — and it costs far less. We'd rather tell you upfront.
